With its Early ‘60s Oval "C" neck profile, Custom Hand-Wound pickups by Josefina Campos, and nitrocellulose lacquer finish in classic Vintage Blonde, this Fender Custom Shop creation delivers a period-correct feel with modern playability. The Closet Classic treatment recreates the look of a guitar that’s been cherished for decades but only sparingly played—a subtle checking in the finish, a touch of patina on the hardware, yet no heavy relic wear.
