(Cooling-off period for distance purchases)

1. Cooling-off Period

When purchasing products through our online shop, you as a consumer have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days. This cooling-off period starts on the day after you, or a representative designated by you and made known to us, receive the product.

2. Conditions During the Cooling-off Period

During the cooling-off period, you shall handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. The basic principle is that you may only handle and inspect the product as you would be allowed to do in a physical store.

For guitars, this means: you may unpack, inspect, and briefly play the guitar to assess its sound and playability. Extended use, removing or replacing strings or parts, and making modifications goes beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection.

3. Diminished Value

If you exercise your right of withdrawal and the product has diminished in value as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, you shall be liable for the diminished value. Examples include: new scratches, dents, fret or fretboard wear, removed or damaged parts.

4. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g., by email or letter). You may use the model withdrawal form that was included with your order confirmation, but you are not obliged to do so. You can download the withdrawal form via this link.

The costs of return shipment are borne by you, the consumer.

Risk During Return Shipment

The risk of loss or damage to the goods during return shipment is borne by you, the consumer.

We strongly recommend using an insured shipping service with track & trace. Without proof of shipment (tracking number), we cannot verify the return and process the refund.

Please note: the guitar must be returned properly and safely packaged, preferably in its original packaging with a hard guitar case. Never Enough Strats is not liable for damage during return shipment caused by insufficient packaging.

6. Refund

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

If you have opted for a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery, we are not obliged to refund the additional costs. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

7. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured to your specifications or clearly personalised (custom-made products).
