RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Never Enough Strats, we specialise in used Fender Custom Shop guitars. We take great care in accurately describing and photographing every instrument we sell. Please review this policy carefully before making your purchase.
🇪🇺 EU Consumers: If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) of 14 days under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This right applies in addition to the policy below.
1. Used & Vintage Guitars
Most instruments we sell are pre-owned. Every guitar is carefully inspected and set up by our luthier before sale. We provide detailed descriptions and high-resolution photographs so you know exactly what you are purchasing.
Used guitars are sold as described. They may only be returned if the item arrives in a condition that materially differs from how it was described or photographed on our website. Normal signs of use consistent with the description do not qualify as a discrepancy.
If you believe your guitar was not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs clearly showing the discrepancy. We will assess the situation and work with you to find a fair solution.
2. New Guitars
New guitars may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
• The guitar is unused, unplayed, and in the same condition as received.
• All original packaging, tags, documentation, and accessories are included.
• You have contacted us first to arrange the return (do not send items without prior arrangement).
3. How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact us at info@neverenoughstrats.com to notify us of your return and the reason. Please include your order number and photographs if applicable.
Step 2: We will confirm whether your return is eligible and provide instructions, including a return reference number.
Step 3: Ship the item to the address below. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Important: Please do not send returns to the manufacturer. Only returns sent to our address above will be processed.
4. Shipping Costs
• Not-as-described returns: If we confirm that the guitar materially differs from the description, we will reimburse your return shipping costs and refund the original shipping costs.
• New guitar returns (within 30 days): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• EU withdrawal (14-day cooling-off): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original standard delivery costs will be refunded. See our Right of Withdrawal page for details.
Packaging: Guitars must be returned in their hard case, securely packed in a sturdy shipping box. We are not liable for damage that occurs during return shipment due to insufficient packaging.
Risk during return shipment: The risk of loss or damage to the goods during return shipment is borne by the buyer. We strongly recommend using an insured shipping service with track & trace. Without proof of shipment (tracking number), we cannot verify the return and process the refund. We will only process refunds after receiving and inspecting the returned item at our address.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase (bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card), unless otherwise agreed.
Please note: If a returned guitar shows signs of use, damage, or modification beyond what is necessary for a reasonable inspection, we reserve the right to deduct a proportional amount for the diminished value.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Used guitars that are as described (unless EU withdrawal rights apply).
• Items that have been modified, damaged, or altered after delivery.
• Accessories such as guitar straps, strings, and merchandise (unless defective).
• Items returned without prior arrangement.
