Shell Pink never looked this good. This Limited Edition Fender Custom Shop '60 Stratocaste* from the 2020 Summer Event combines vintage-correct specs with modern playability and standout looks. Featuring a two-piece select alder body finished in a lightly aged Journeyman Relic Shell Pink lacquer, it's as tasteful as it is timeless. The quartersawn maple neck has a ‘60s Oval “C” profile (.825”–.945”) with a dark, AAA rosewood fretboard and a 9.5” radius for smooth bends. A trio of Custom Shop Hand-Wound Texas Special pickups deliver that unmistakable Strat bite and sparkle, all wired through a Fat ‘50s control layout with a Greasebucket tone circuit for added tonal versatility. This gives you the possibility to blend in the neck pickup with the bridge (position 1) or the bridge and middle (position 2) pickups.
