Fender Custom Shop '60 Closet Classic Stratocaster 2005 Sunburst

This early Fender Custom Shop build from 2005 brings together vintage-correct tonewoods and a gently aged finish in the timeless 3-Color Sunburst. The Closet Classic treatment gives the guitar the look of a well-preserved original—light finish checking, slightly dulled hardware, and subtle lacquer aging, but without heavy relic wear. Featuring an alder body, a comfortable Early 60s "C" maple neck with a slab rosewood fingerboard, and a trio of vintage-voiced single-coils, this Stratocaster nails the warmth, balance, and snap that define the golden era of early-'60s Strats.

This guitar is freshly refretted by our luthier Gijs, so brand new frets!
